Now, with DigitalPal, all you have to do is to log in, type in the name of the movie, and see how your friends – people whose opinion you trust - rated it and what they thought about it.
What is DigitalPal?
DigitalPal is social networking website aimed to gather and connect people around media – namely, films, music, books, and video games.
It is all about sharing your thoughts, opinions and tastes with your pals.
We have developed tools to help you make an informed decision about which movie you should watch next or whether you should give that new band a chance to win you over.
You can do this in two ways. One way is through our recommendation engine. We are going to give you best possible recommendations based on your own ratings.
The other way is through your friends' experiences. We have developed easy and fun ways to use features for users to give and receive recommendations
How to use it
Every item – and this means every movie, track, book, and game in our database - can be rated, recommended to pals, commented on, added to Wishlist, and more… Also, on MusicPal segment, every track – wherever you find it – can be added to playlist of your choice. Users can browse tracks and add them to playlists with one mouse click. One playlist can always be modified (tracks can be added or removed). Users can browse through pals' playlists and listen to them. They can also copy pals'playlists and add new tracks by his/her choice. With My Catalog feature, users can make their collections public and help a pal in search for a particular movie, book or game or just use it for their own filing system.

For every item on MoviePal, MusicPal, BookPal and GamePal, there is a "Similar" feature which provides quick possibility for exploring stuff similar to what you like.
On MusicPal, tracks from all artists are always sorted by popularity which also helps in exploring new music.
DigitalPal provides a forum for people who love to talk about films, music, books, or games, and share their thoughts.
Therefore, users are encouraged to widen their social contacts in order to get as much information about media products as possible – more friends on Pal list – more knowledge to share and receive.
